Ingredients

🥩 2 lbs beef chuck steak
🫒 3 tbsp olive oil
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🥄 2 tbsp soy sauce
🥄 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🌿 1 tsp dried rosemary
🌿 1 tsp dried thyme
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌶️ ½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

Step 1️⃣: Make the Marinade
🥣 In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Step 2️⃣: Marinate the Beef
🥩 Place the chuck steak in a resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over it, ensuring full coverage. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Step 3️⃣: Grill the Steak
🔥 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.

Step 4️⃣: Rest and Serve
