  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While that’s warming up, grab a large pot and cook your egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, cooked egg noodles, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well-combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top. Optionally, add extra cheese if desired.
