1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce in a bowl: parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
