1 cup chipotle ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
1 avocado, sliced

Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, or any additional toppings you love
Instructions
Start by firing up your grill or grill pan. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest and then slice.
Take a large flour tortilla and spread chipotle ranch dressing in the center. Add grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Optional: add jalapeños.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom, ensuring fillings stay snug inside.
