Instructions
Step 1️⃣: Tenderize the Steak
🔨 Pound the chuck steak with a meat mallet or use a fork to poke small holes for better absorption of flavors.
Step 2️⃣: Marinate for Extra Juiciness
🥣 In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
🥩 Coat the steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for maximum tenderness).
