Ingredients

🥩 2 lbs chuck steak
🫒 3 tbsp olive oil
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🥄 2 tbsp soy sauce
🥄 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🌿 1 tsp dried rosemary
🌿 1 tsp dried thyme
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌶️ ½ tsp black pepper
🧈 1 tbsp butter (for serving)


Instructions

Step 1️⃣: Tenderize the Steak
🔨 Pound the chuck steak with a meat mallet or use a fork to poke small holes for better absorption of flavors.

Step 2️⃣: Marinate for Extra Juiciness
🥣 In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
🥩 Coat the steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for maximum tenderness).

 

Step 3️⃣: Cook to Perfection
🔥 Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust to preferred doneness.
