Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Salmon Bites:
- 🍣 Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper. Dip each piece in the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- 🫒 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
