6 large sea scallops
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, pulling the meat slightly out for presentation.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, and set aside.
Brush each lobster tail with garlic butter, season with salt and pepper, and bake on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
Heat a skillet over high heat with olive oil. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add the remaining butter to the skillet with the scallops and spoon it over them. Plate the lobster tails and scallops together, drizzling with remaining garlic butter.
