  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, pulling the meat slightly out for presentation.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, and set aside.
  • Brush each lobster tail with garlic butter, season with salt and pepper, and bake on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  • Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat with olive oil. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Add the remaining butter to the skillet with the scallops and spoon it over them. Plate the lobster tails and scallops together, drizzling with remaining garlic butter.
