  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
