Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Swirl until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant, then add parsley.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions in salted boiling water, normally about 3-5 minutes for fresh tortellini. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, add heavy cream and remaining minced garlic over medium heat. Stir until heated, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
Add the cooked tortellini to the Alfredo sauce and toss to combine. Serve steak bites on top or alongside, drizzling with garlic butter sauce.
