1 pound steak (sirloin or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Start by cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces and halving the baby potatoes.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potato halves and cook until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the pan and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, and toss in the butter and minced garlic. Let them melt together and coat the steak bites.
Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine everything. Cook for an additional minute.
