  • Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches wide). This should yield approximately 8-10 hash browns.
  • Place the patties in the hot skillet, flattening them slightly. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces or a side salad!
