  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail. Spread the shell apart slightly and gently pull the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the lemon juice and Aleppo pepper to the butter mixture, stirring and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the lobster tails in a baking pan and pour the garlic-butter mixture over the meat.
  • Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and flaky. Baste with the butter once or twice during baking.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving and enjoy!
