2/3 cup sour cream

1 egg
1 package (12 count) mini graham cracker crusts
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the drained crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and cinnamon, stirring until combined and bubbly.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
