  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink.
