6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or canned/frozen)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Gently fold together until well coated, then pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
