  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (or 160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix your graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and ½ cup of sugar until well combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and remaining ½ cup of sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and beat again.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish and gently place the sliced peaches on top.
  • Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  • Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
