1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
½ cup Brown Sugar

2 large Eggs

⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well blended.
In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
