6 cups rice cereal
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips

Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars later.
Make the Mixture: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved—this should take about 2 minutes.
Add Peanut Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Add Rice Cereal: Gently fold in the rice cereal until it’s fully coated with the peanut butter mixture.
Spread in Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly using a spatula.
Make the Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
