1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix your sliced strawberries with half a cup of sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Let the strawberries sit for about 15 minutes.
