1 lb ground beef (or turkey, if you’re feeling healthy)1 packet taco seasoning2 cups tortilla chips1 cup refried beans1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)1 cup shredded lettuce1/2 cup sour cream (optional)Olive oil for cooking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water to the meat.
