🐔 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
🥚 2 large eggs, beaten
🌽 1 cup cornstarch
🍞 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
🧂 1 tsp garlic powder
🧂 1 tsp onion powder
🌶️ 1/2 tsp paprika
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🛢️ Oil, for frying
Bang Bang Sauce:
🌶️ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🍯 2 tbsp honey
🌶️ 2 tbsp Sriracha
🍋 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Step 1️⃣: Prep the Coating
🥣 In a bowl, mix cornstarch, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2️⃣: Coat the Chicken
🥚 Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Press to adhere.
Step 3️⃣: Fry to Crispy Perfection
🔥 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Step 4️⃣: Make the Bang Bang Sauce
🌶️ Mix mayonnaise, honey, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Drizzle over crispy chicken or serve on the side.
